Sun and Sand Communications is headed by
Nancy Livingstone. The focus is to provide
value added services for real estate
individuals including standard and custom
marketing materials such a newsletters,
brochures and property flyers. Photography
services are also offered in the Triangle area
of North Carolina.
Nancy Livingstone is the author of
Against Their Will, a medical thriller recently
released in paperback and is currently
available through most book retailers. For an

Nancy has also written another novel,
Emerald Beach. This work is currently under
contract with an international publisher and
should be coming to bookstores sometime in

In addition to fiction work, Nancy has written
various non-fiction materials including all
types of business and training materials.
Nancy currently resides in the Raleigh area of
North Carolina. She is a graduate of
Appalachian State University (3-time National
Football Champs!). If she is not inside writing,
you'll find her out in the garden or walking one
of North Carolina's fabulous beaches!
